1. Are you in your car?

It may be that your OFT is over-heated.

2. If you're connected to your PC to download logs:

You need to launch OpenFlash Manager.

3. If you're connected to the PC, and your vehicle at the same time:

You shouldn't be. Disconnect from either the vehicle, or the PC. You can't connect to both at the same time.
